h+h Cologne is the leading international trade fair for handicrafts and hobbies, held annually at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. From yarns and fabrics to tools and trends, it is where the handicraft and hobby industry comes together to discover what will define the season ahead. For Sun Enterprises, h+h Cologne 2026 was a special occasion. We attended to introduce the Valari Pillow by Crafteaze, our new ergonomic lap pillow designed to help crocheters and knitters craft for longer in comfort. As a brand new product line, this was our first major opportunity to step into the market, meet potential customers face to face and share the story behind the Valari.

Our main goal was to get to know the market and the people in it. We explained the everyday problems the Valari Pillow is designed to solve, and we received people's honest opinions on it. Finding out what they actually think, what they liked, what they questioned and what they wished were different, was exactly what we needed at this stage. We came home with a lot of useful feedback and a much better feel for the market.
