Will VAT and shipping costs be charged on the goods being shipped from the Netherlands ?
Yes. We do charge VAT on all goods being shipped from the Netherlands unless you have valid EU VAT number. All prices are excluding VAT . Also shipping costs will be charged based on actual costs being incurred and prices are stated per country on the website.
I live outside the EU. How much will my duties and import taxes be?
Duties and Import Taxes are based on your country. Please contact your local customs office for that information.

Why do I only see a subtotal when I go to check out? How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are exactly what the carriers charge us. Rates are based on the weight of the package, number of boxes and not on your order total. That is why we don't quote your order total with shipping. This assures that you will always receive the best shipping costs available. Your final invoice will state the total shipping charges. I've lost my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you are a registered user , you can fill in your email address after clicking on tab " Forgot Password" . You will recieve an email with verification token . Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
